Required Ingredients
2 | Cup | Flour |
1 | Cup | Softened butter |
½ | Cup | Powdered Sugar |
| Pinch | Salt |
4 | | Slightly beaten eggs |
2 | Cup | Sugar |
4 | Tablespoon | Lemon juice |
2 | Tablespoon | Grated lemon rind |
Preparation Instructions
- Mix first 4 ingredients. Pack into buttered and floured oblon Pyrex dish
- Bake 20 min at 350 deg
- Mix together the next 4 ingredients and quickly pour over the above baked mixture. Bake an additional 25 min
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Cool at least 30 min.
