White House Quiche Lorraine
I generally use more ham and cheese.

Required Ingredients

Strips bacon crisp
¼CupSwiss cubed
¼CupDiced ham
1 ½CupWhip cream
½TeaspoonSalt
¼TeaspoonNutmeg
¼TeaspoonWhite pepper
Eggs
Crust for an 11” quiche pan

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg
  2. Put crumbled bacon, cubed cheese and diced ham in unbaked shell
  3. Beat together cream, eggs and spices and pour over the above
  4. Bake at 350 for about 30min or until set and golden brown
  5. Cool slightly before cutting.
