Mix together salt, pepper and garlic.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pita bread into fourths. Lay out in a thin, even layer on sheet tray. Spray with canola oil spray. Sprinkle spice mixture over sprayed pita wedges.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with your favorite dip or spread.
